Pär has a Master of Science Degree in Business and Economics from Lund University and has nearly twenty years of experience as a consultant in organizational development, performance management and process improvement. Pär has worked on organizational matters and change management operations in more than 100 different organizations and has, among other things, experience in the establishment of Shared Service Centres from about 25 different companies and organizations. Pär has also conducted large process development projects in approximately 50 Swedish and international organizations. Besides this, he also has extensive experience in performance management and monitoring (e.g. Balanced Scorecard, ABC / M) from a large number of organizations. In addition, he has been an advisor for the procurement and implementation of finance and ERP systems in most industries and businesses. Pär is a frequent lecturer at seminars and conferences both in Sweden and internationally in areas such as outsourcing and Shared Service Centres (formerly also a frequent lecturer on ABC Costing, Process Management, Performance Measurement and Balanced Scorecard). He has been interviewed and quoted in the business press about the above topics on numerous occasions. As well as his consulting experience Pär has been involved in the start-up and development of a variety of activities, including outsourcing. Besides work, Pär focuses on family, friends, sports and exercise in all its forms (both as a practitioner and leader); above all Pär has been a dedicated surfer for 30 years, the last few years mainly as a kitesurfer.
